Join our team at the Blue Gate Restaurant as a Host/Hostess. As a Host/Hostess, you will effectively communicate with guests from all over the country, from welcoming them upon arrival to thanking them as they leave. Your primary responsibilities are: Greeting guests Answering questions and providing information Taking guests to their table with menus Clearing tables Operating a cash register Communicating accurately, effectively, and professionally A Host/Hostess rotates through stations with different responsibilities daily, providing variety and helping develop new skills. A full-time host/hostess will work up to 5 times per week, including Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays. No Sundays! We are seeking someone who can work when needed, including days and evenings. Adult wages start at up to $15.00 per hour. We are seeking year-round workers, not seasonal! Host/Hostess Requirements: Welcoming personality An open schedule and a willingness to work when needed, including days and evenings until closing. Working on Fridays and Saturdays is required!
